Aged Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 1 Lb - Sugarbush Farm

This 1 lb. block of Sharp White Cheddar is aged 18 months, hand cut and hand dipped in three coats of cheese wax to lock in the fine flavor and allow for long keeping.

The perfect size for entertaining, this cheddar pairs well with charcuterie or as a dessert cheese with fruit and our raw honey.
